KualaFlow is a cross-source data intelligence platform that processes uploaded documents and data files to provide AI-powered analysis and insights.
You may only upload files you own or have permission to process. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, or abuse the service to circumvent usage limits.
Each plan has storage and query limits. Exceeding limits may result in temporary service restrictions until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
You retain full ownership of your uploaded data. We claim no rights to your content. We process your data only to provide the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
