We collect your email address for authentication, the files you upload for processing, and your chat queries to provide AI-powered analysis. We also collect basic usage metrics (storage used, query counts) for billing purposes.
Your uploaded files are processed to extract text, generate embeddings, and identify entities. This data is used solely to answer your queries. We do NOT use your data to train AI models. Your data is never shared with other users.
All data is protected by row-level security policies. Each user can only access their own data. File storage uses unique identifiers to prevent unauthorized access.
We use OpenAI for text embeddings and AI generation, Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for file storage, and Stripe for payments. Each provider has their own privacy policy and DPA agreements.
You can delete individual files or all your data at any time from the Settings page. Deletion cascades across all storage layers: original files, extracted text, embeddings, entities, and conversation history.
You can download your original uploaded files at any time. We support your right to data portability.
